As a Swiss yacht cruise company and experienced yoga cruise organizer, you are in safe hands! Hear from Swiss Yoga Studios With the Yacht Vesta 1 Sevil, I found the perfect yacht for (my) Yoga Cruising Week. A week on a yacht in the Mediterranean, practicing yoga on deck, is an incredibly relaxing and inspiring experience!!! The gentle rocking of the boat and the soothing sound of the sea help to calm the mind and create a deeper connection with nature. Every morning, we practiced yoga on the deck of the yacht while watching the sunrise over the shimmering sea. As an experienced yoga instructor, I was able to lead the sessions, helping to stretch the body, deepen the breath, and center the mind—of course, also at sunset! After yoga, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast served by the crew of the Yacht Vesta 1 Sevil, while admiring the sea and the stunning landscapes in the distance. The day could then be spent exploring coastal towns and villages, taking a refreshing swim in the crystal-clear waters, or simply relaxing on board and soaking in the beauty of the Mediterranean. In the evenings, we gathered on the yacht’s deck to watch the sunset, enjoy a delicious dinner, and engage in conversations with other participants or the crew. Once in a relaxed mood, we sometimes took the opportunity to hold a meditation or breathing session to close the day and prepare for the next yoga class. A week on a yacht in the Mediterranean with yoga on deck can be a refreshing and healing experience, recharging the body, mind, and soul with energy and inspiration. I can only highly recommend the organization by Tum-Tours and the yacht crew—the guys are amazing! An example: Three years ago, due to an airline error in Zurich (ZRH), my luggage wasn’t on the same flight as me. But after three days, it was delivered to me somewhere in a small coastal village by the sea, straight to the Vesta 1, and I was beyond happy! The service was absolutely outstanding. What is a gulet yacht? A gulet yacht is a traditional wooden sailing vessel originating from Turkey, designed for comfort and leisure. These yachts feature spacious decks, multiple cabins with modern amenities, and are perfect for relaxing cruises along the Mediterranean and Aegean coasts. While gulets are equipped with sails, they primarily operate using engines for smooth and reliable navigation. What is yacht charter? Yacht charter means renting the entire yacht exclusively for your group. It’s the ideal way to experience a blue cruise, as everything—from the itinerary to meals and activities—can be fully customized to suit your preferences and needs. How are the cabins equipped? Enjoy a luxury hotel-like experience on the water. Each cabin is air-conditioned in limited time, usually from 22:00 pm to 02:00 am and includes a modern en-suite bathroom, comfortable bedding, storage spaces, and essential amenities like hairdryers. Some yachts may also feature TVs or Jacuzzis. Cabin options include master cabins, double cabins, and twin cabins to suit your needs. What is the capacity of the yachts? This is Tugce`s first picture on yacht in 1986 Our Story Our story began in 1980 when our father and uncle founded Tum Tour Yacht Charter Agency in Turkey. Tum Tour was one of the first companies in the world to offer gulet yacht rental services and has always remained a family business as it continued to grow. By 1995, the business had gained significant momentum; alongside managing a fleet of 12 yachts, we operated dozens of yachts every week and ran our own shipyard in Bozburun to produce beautiful handcrafted gulets. As two siblings, Tugce and Onur, we carried on our father’s vision, providing thousands of customers with unforgettable yacht experiences. When Tugce moved to Basel, Switzerland, the idea of YachtCruise.ch began to take shape. After spending several years developing digital solutions in other companies, the time came to bring our vision to life. Today, as YachtCruise.ch, we take pride in offering personalized yacht charter services, helping you find the perfect yacht and crew for your next vacation. The island’s secluded pebble beaches and crystal-clear waters make it ideal for snorkeling, jet skiing, and windsurfing. History lovers will appreciate Vis’s Greek and Roman influences, as well as its hidden wartime submarine tunnels. A highlight of the day is a visit to the nearby Blue Cave on Biševo Island, where sunlight creates an ethereal blue glow inside the cavern. Before reaching Stari Grad, we stop at a serene bay for swimming, snorkeling, and water sports. Once refreshed, indulge in a meal prepared by our chef before heading to one of Croatia’s oldest settlements. Stari Grad, founded in 385 BC as the Greek colony Pharos, offers a fascinating blend of ancient ruins and Renaissance architecture. Walk through its historic streets, visit the fortified castle of poet Petar Hektorović, and experience the island’s rich culture. Due to its mild climate and lush vegetation, Hvar is often referred to as the "Croatian Madeira"—a beautiful escape year-round. Later, we`ll dock in the deep bay of Milna, a picturesque town characterized by stone-built houses and quaint alleys, reflecting its rich cultural heritage. Here, you can sunbathe on sandy and pebble beaches, stroll through the town, shop, or savor a coffee at a local café. For dinner, choose between a local restaurant or a delightful meal prepared by our onboard chef. Notably, Brač is famed for its high-quality stone, historically used in significant buildings worldwide. As you rest, we`ll journey towards the island of Hvar. If scooters aren`t your preference, a guided van tour around the island is available. Vis boasts natural pebble beaches and clear waters, ideal for diving, jet skiing, and windsurfing. The island`s history is rich, with Greek origins dating back to the 4th century. Nearby, the Blue Cave on Biševo Island captivates visitors with its mesmerizing blue light, a result of sunlight reflecting off the cave`s white limestone walls. With the morning breeze, we'll sail towards Korčula Island, another ancient gem of the Adriatic. Before docking, we'll anchor near the small island of Badija, part of the Korčula archipelago, for lunch and leisure. Anchoring in the picturesque Polače Bay, enjoy fresh seafood for lunch and swim in the park`s crystal-clear waters. In the afternoon, visit Mljet`s two saltwater lakes. On the larger lake, Veliko Jezero, lies the island of St. Mary, featuring a fortified monastery from the Romanesque period, resembling a fairytale castle. Dining amidst Mljet`s ancient ambiance offers a truly exceptional experience. The island is renowned for its dense forests, karst caves, and unique saltwater lakes, making its western part a protected national park. Our final destination is the historic city of Dubrovnik, famed for its well-preserved city walls, among the longest in Europe.
